Forge is operated by Jonathan Moreno, a sole proprietor doing business as "Forge". Forge subscriptions are billed and processed by Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record. This policy describes when refunds are available and how to request one.
Both Forge Pro Monthly and Forge Pro Annual include a 7-day free trial. You can cancel any time before the trial ends and you will not be charged. If you do not cancel, the subscription converts to a paid plan and your card is charged at the price displayed at checkout.
You can cancel at any time from Settings → Subscription → Manage subscription, which opens your secure Paddle customer portal. After cancellation you keep access to Pro until the end of your current billing period; you will not be billed again.
Monthly subscriptions are non-refundable for the current billing period. Cancellation prevents future renewals.
For annual subscriptions, we offer a 14-day refund window from the date of the initial annual charge (i.e. after the trial converts). To qualify, request the refund within 14 days and demonstrate that you have not used the Service materially during that window. Refunds outside this window are considered case-by-case at our discretion.
If a renewal payment fails, Paddle will retry the charge for a short period. During that time access may be restricted. You can update your payment method from the customer portal.
Refund requests are handled by Paddle as Merchant of Record. You can:
Please contact us before initiating a chargeback. Chargebacks may result in immediate suspension of your account while the dispute is investigated.
