These Terms govern your use of the Forge application, website, and related services (the "Service") operated by Jonathan Moreno, a sole proprietor doing business as "Forge" ("Forge", "we", "us"). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Forge is a nutrition and habit-tracking application. The Service may include protein tracking, meal libraries, recipes, restaurant guidance, progress analytics, coaching content, and related features. Features available to you depend on your plan.
You must be at least 16 years old, or the age of majority in your jurisdiction, to use Forge. You agree to provide accurate information, keep your credentials confidential, and take responsibility for activity under your account.

The Service, its software, content, branding, and design are owned by Forge or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. Subject to these Terms, we grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your personal use within your selected plan.
We work to keep Forge available and performing well, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may change over time.
Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns. Payment terms, subscription billing, taxes, cancellations, and refund mechanics are governed by Paddle's Checkout / Buyer Terms.
Paid plans renew automatically at the cadence shown on the pricing page until you cancel. Trials convert into paid subscriptions unless cancelled before the trial ends.
Forge is a tracking and education tool. It does not provide medical, nutritional, or other professional advice. Consult a qualified professional before making material changes to your diet, exercise, or supplementation. You use the Service and any information it provides at your own risk.
We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, security or fraud risk, or repeated policy violations. You may stop using the Service at any time. On termination, your right to use the Service ends; provisions that by their nature should survive will survive.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, the Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Forge will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill. Our aggregate liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid for the Service in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance.
